Model Railroad Operations weekend in greater Vancouver, British Columbia; one of the most beautiful areas of Canada. Numerous layouts of several scales and operation systems will be featured. Participants will operate on three different layouts plus potentially a post or pre VanRail session as well. There will also be a railroad related clinic and possibly a no host buffet dinner.
Friday evening is the traditional and extremely popular evening social at the Calvert Residence. All attendees and their partners are welcome for an evening of camaraderie and catching up with old friends or making new ones. A guest room block will be secured at a centrally located host hotel. More information will be provided prior to the event as it becomes available. VanRail is a biennial event hosted in the odd years with the first event in 2007.
